So bought car from TX 2013 Jag XF 3.0 S/C upon arrival found car would not start First took it too Jag Dealership were found out they do not work on cars more than 10yrs old but they help get it off Truck and tried to make keys from there I found ACTION AUTO MINT HILL NC They were very helpful It took roughly 6/7 weeks to fix but I was given a weekly update sometimes couple times a week It ended up being BCM in trunk which had to be sent to Canada to get fixed Upon fixing they also had to get keys programmed also they did an oil change and Air & Cabin filters Overall they did an outstanding job From Customer Service to the Mechanics I highly recommend using them for issues or basic Maintenance Mark was the Gentleman I spoke to most of time I will be returning for Maint and issues if needed He still answers ? For me if I am not sure Cost I thought was going to be alot more than it was Alot of work and time went into the car His Shop was very clean and organized Thanks for Everything
